Hi,
My name is Ashley, I came up with the idea of this blog at a time when all I could think, dream about was fitness. I still dream, live, eat and think fitness!

After helping individual women (and some guys too!) reach their health & fitness goals through workout programs and customized nutrition,  I’m on a mission to help those who feel tired and stuck create options for themselves & their families while discovering the abundance of energy, happiness & harmony being healthy brings to their lives.

I believe your health is the foundation of a long, happy, harmonious life, gratitude should be practiced daily, and if you have a dream in your heart or a clear vision in you mind of what you want your life to look like – you need to pursue it.

I’m a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, and on this site, you’ll find:
